TRANSPYR 2013 VIDEO CONTEST

As part of the TRANSPYR® 2013 event, the organising committee has organised two home-video contests. The purpose of the contests is to promote the production and dissemination of short, original videos about TRANSPYR® 2013 from the participants’ perspective, designed for cycling enthusiasts who enjoy these kinds of events.

Contests and Prizes BEST VIDEO TRANSPYR 2013

The winner of Best Video TRANSPYR 2013 shall receive a TRANSPYR 2014 participant pack, which he or she may use or transfer to someone else.

 BEST TRAIL VIDEO TRANSPYR 2013 powered by CEBÉ

The winner of Best Trail Video TRANSPYR 2013 shall receive a pair of CÉBÉ S’TRACK sunglasses.

Conditions for Participation

  1. The contests are open to all TRANSPYR 2013 participants.
  2. Contest entries may be submitted between September 1, 2013 and October 1, 2013. Any videos received after the deadline shall automatically be excluded.
  3. All images must be filmed by participants. Images taken by the organisers or third parties may not be used.

 Video Presentation

  1. Videos competing for Best Video TRANSPYR 2013 must be between three and six minutes long and may be filmed in the language of the creator’s choice, with English subtitles. They must also feature the Transpyr logo at the beginning of the video.
  2. Videos competing for Best Trail Video TRANSPYR 2013 must be between one and three minutes long. They must feature both the Cébé and Transpyr logos at the beginning of the video.
  3. The participants are responsible for the materials and devices needed to film and edit the videos.
  4. Information on the methodology for participation in the contests shall be given to all Transpyr 2013 participants sufficiently in advance.
  5. Each participant may submit no more than two videos.
  6. The videos must be original, and participants may include artistic elements, music, photographs or any other element they consider appropriate.
  7. The videos must include a title and the creator’s name.
  8. The videos shall be published on the TRANSPYR YouTube Channel

 Winning Videos and Awards Ceremony

  1. The awards ceremony shall be held in autumn 2013.
  2. The videos receiving the most votes shall win. The voting system shall be described in the methodology for participation.
